모델명 : FNS-AX3-A16B / FNS-AX3-B50B    개요   전기 전자장비들의 오동작은 스위치성 노이즈와 같은 전기적인 빠른 과도현상에 의해 발생되며, 이러한 오동작의 문제점을 제품개발 시점부터 검토하게 되었고, 현재에 이르러서는 국제규격인 IEC pub. 61000-4-4 (EN 61000-4-4)에 대응하는 FAST TRANSIENT NOISE를 인가함으로써, 스위치성 노이즈 관련 Immunity시험을 채택하고 있다. FNS -AX Series는 IEC 규격에서 요구하는 반도체 Switch 방식을 채택하였으며, 사용자의 조작성을 위하여 Front Panel을 Touch Panel Color LCD를 채택하였으며, 연속Program을 만들어 자동 시험이 가능하다.       특징 - IEC규격에서 요구하는 모든 시험이 가능함은 물론, Field에서의 오동작 재현이나 대책 시험기로 기능을 중시해, 10분 연속 Pulse인가시험, 극성 자동반전 기능 및 Pulse 주파수 변조 기능등을 채택하여 Field에서의 문제점에 좀 더 접근하여 시험 할 수 있도록 설계되어 졌다. - IEC 규격에서는 시험기의 위치를 바닥의 Ground Plane위에 올려놓고 사용하게 되어 있어, Stand Type으로 디자인되었고, 조작성이 우수하여 장시간 사용해도 불편하지 않다. - 사용자는 각 시험 조건에 맞는 Manual Mode, Program Mode 및 Remote Mode를 사용하면 자동으로 시험을 실시하여 빠른 시간 내에 손쉽게 시험 결과를 얻을 수 있다. - 시험중 안전을 고려하여 긴급사태 발생시에 빠른 대응이 가능토록 피시험체의 전원과 본 시험기의 출력을 동시에 정지시키는 비상정지 스위치가 장치되어 있다. - 각종 Outlet Panel(Consent)이 구비되어 있으며, GP-IB 또는 RS-232C를 이용한 외부와의 Interface도 가능하다.
